OVERALL MISSION:
To provide private consultation services to individuals, families, businesses and groups to achieve specific goals in their developmental experience including, but not limited to: educational development, career development, human resource development, family and parenting skills development, pre-marital and relationship building, and stress relief training, with an emphasis on both culturally sensitive as well as universally held values.
GOALS :

To provide Insight Consulting for self improvement with regard for the ethical, cultural, spiritual, and religious values of the consultee without discrimination of personal differences.

To regard the individual as the unit of change in the consultation relationship and to provide support for the achievement of their set goals.

To provide free consultation via e-mail as a new and convenient method of reaching consultees in the comfort of their homes, work or leisure locations.

To foster positive relationships in family, marriage, work and community so as to improve the quality of life of individuals, by teaching and coaching through Preventative and Developmental Consulting.
